The ACT Pathway is a step-by-step guide that offers help through the assisted conception pathway. It contains information and advice on the emotional and physical challenges that affect couples who have difficulty achieving a pregnancy in addition to the steps they can follow and the key questions they can ask their healthcare professionals. Furthermore the ACT Pathway provides information about how long couples should expect to remain at any particular stage before moving on to the next in the pathway towards achieving a successful pregnancy.

  • If you are trying to have a baby: view/print the ACT Pathway to find out what stage you are at.
  • Clinics: view/print copies of the ACT Pathway to see how it explains to your patients where they are on the roadmap to a successful pregnancy. If you want multiple copies register your support for the Charter and receive your Charter Pack.
  • Support organizations: view/print a copy of the ACT Pathway, print off copies for your members and help ACT in providing the information and advice needed by people having difficulty conceiving.
  • Journalists: review a copy of the ACT Pathway to see how it explains the stages in the journey that couples take in trying to have a baby - it's not all IVF.
